About Wenyogaheal

THE BIRTH OF WENYOGAHEAL

Like many other Singaporeans, Wendy used to work in the competitive corporate world, experiencing high level of stress and pressure, leading her to seek an easy, alternative and holistic approach to relieve herself from the pressure cooker.

Her own personal experiences with Sound Healing, Reiki and AcroYoga were intriguing, mind-blowing and what struck her was how physical, emotional and spiritual this journey was. At the same time, it instilled such a deep sense of peace, calm and connectedness in her that they provided her with many nights of relief, quality sleep and rest.  It had such a profound effect on Wendy and coupled with her keen sense of curiosity and passion that it inspired and led her to a journey of deep learning and exploration to answer her calling.

Hence, Wenyogaheal was born.

Wendy feels greater joy is experienced by giving and receiving in return. This is the gift she wish; supporting a healing journey and is excited to share with the world.
