The cost per image is $5 you will not be charged if the photo can not be recovered to a non blurry state.

How long does it take to process order?
All orders will be processed two days after payment has been cleared into our bank account. If you are waiting longer get in touch with us! All portraits or digital images will be sent via email only.

Can I get a refund on my portrait?
Due to the amount of time needed to create your image you will not get a full refund on your purchase, however we are happy to do two adjustments to your portrait. Please send us a message.

• All images are sent digitally via email please be aware of this before you purchase. We do not print your final image.
• If you have agreed to a “Watermark Portrait” we have all rights ©️to the image which means they can be used on all social media platforms for advertisement purposes. All individuals in the photos must consent to their image being used & children may not be used if there is no consent from their guardian or parents for privacy reasons.
