Whitney is a multi-faceted soul with a big humanitarian heart. Who holds a curiosity for life, a passion for helping others and a love for bringing people together.

Her all time favourite things to do in this human existence is eat ice cream, laugh until her belly hurts, train Muay Thai and listen to peoples life stories.

Whitney is a Transpersonal Breathwork Therapist, Holistic Hypnotherapist weaving soul and science. With over 11 years combined personal and professional experience, her purpose is to guide individuals towards self-empowerment and self-love.

Whitney has a background and qualifications in personal training, professional fighting, yoga teaching, integrative nutrition and youth mentoring. 

Her passion for alternative healing, health & wellness, and understanding the mind-body-soul connection has stemmed from her own lived experiences and journey with eating disorders, body image issues, depression and the loss of her father as a child.

In her own search for personal transformation and healing she was sent on a journey of self-discovery, spiritual awakening and expansion of consciousness.

Through this journey she was guided back to her breath, her heart, her mind, her body and her soul, realising that in order to create ever lasting change we must devote ourselves deeply to the inner workings of our internal world and cultivate a loving relationship with ourselves.

By doing this not only did she disocver we have the ability to truly transform and empower ourselves but we begin a ripple effect that is felt across the world.

Whitney now holds a fire in her heart that continue to drive her life work of helping guide others on their own journey towards self-love and self-empowerment.

To continue to help others unlock their own healing potential so they too can have the opportunity to love, accept and embrace all of who they are and live a life of their desires.
