Each ceremony package comes with its own unique arch, 32 ceremony guest chairs, decorative signing table and chairs, aisle runner and custom made welcome sign and easel. Our packages include delivery, set up and dismantle, and a 2 hour wait time.

Hello, my name is Chelsea Jeffcoat and I am the Director and Event Stylist at Whitsunday Event Hire. We are a wedding and event styling business based in Proserpine servicing Ayr through to Moranbah. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with impeccable styling and exciting on trend key pieces for weddings and events.
As a Event Stylist on Hamilton Island for 6 years I have had the privilege to work along side some of the industries top stylists and florists. I've worked for I Do Events Whitsunday and AV Partners Hamilton Island styling both weddings and major events. I have styled elopements to lavish weddings and also been apart of many extravagant events. Some events include styling Audi Race Week, celebrity guests dinners, galas and corporate function's.
As a local, born and raised in Proserpine I am very excited to grow Whitsunday Event Hire in the Whitsunday and surrounding community.
