Hey! It’s your girl Kayla!

A little about me….

I love going on adventures, making new friends, trying new things from food to activities & if I have the option to bring my dog I will!

I have a strong passion for helping people fall back in love with themselves by learning a healthier lifestyle that is built by finding a balance & being consistent.

I also deeply enjoy utilizing what I have learned while building my business, to help others build a business of their own and create time and financial flexibility.

My favorite snacks

Easy snacks

These are soo easy to prep in minutes or grab and go with them. I enjoy staying on track but I’m also very busy and always on the go. Having high protein snacks that take little to no work is what I am about.

Protein sweet tooth

One vanilla Greek yogurt add one serving of pb2 powder, mix together and dip your favorite apple! Simple & delicious.

Lean wrap

One flat out wrap add hummus (trust me!) add deli meat and any extra greens. Super easy to make, delicious and can take anywhere.

Thrown together snack

I always have left over veggies towards the end of the week. I love to munch on them with nuts and lean protein such as Turkey sticks!

Simple is better

Here are some of my favorite, simple meals that keep me on track!

Oscar Mayer Carving Board Turkey
Sliced mozzarella cheese
Sugar free maple syrup

7) Top turkey with cooked egg and a slice of cheese, cover until cheese is melty.

8) Cut waffle into 4 pieces and use turkey, egg and cheese to make into 2 sandwiches. Drizzle with sugar free maple syrup. Each sandwich is 1 serving.

Turkey Kielbasa & Sweet Potato Skillet

This dish is sure to be a favorite! It’s great for meal prep and only requires one pan. Add a little extra protein by topping with a fried egg or some extra veggies by serving over a bed of spinach.

1/2-1 tsp Mrs. Dash
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

DIRECTIONS:
1) Cook sweet potatoes per instructions on the package. Set aside.

2) Heat olive oil in a large skillet at medium heat. When oil is heated, add bell peppers & onions to skillet, cover and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3) Add the kielbasa and cook uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4) Add corn to skillet. Cover and cook for 1 minute.

5) Add Mrs Dash to taste, garlic powder, onion powder and sweet potatoes and mix well.
