Qualified yoga teacher & nutritionist in the making!
My name is Rachel and I founded this little business Wholesome Nutrition & Yoga to combine my loves, health, nutrition and yoga.
I decided to study to become a nutritionist out of my passion for food, health, healthy eating and a love for cooking. Being able to share my knowledge, delve into a little research and help others sparked my path to make an eventual career change from law to combine both nutrition and yoga (however it ends up looking like along the way!)
Whilst studying my Bachelors of Food and Nutrition I wanted to branch out and have a little side gig while stuyding and working full time in law. In came the idea of bringing my love of yoga into the mix.
I have been practising yoga on and off for about 10 years and decided to share my love, my passion and my heart and give that to others through yoga. Being a qualified yoga instructor is the absolute best 'job' (definitely doesn't feel like one), in the world. I am able to respark others love for yoga if they are a returning yogi after some time off, welcome new yogis to this world and continue to spark joy and love for the practice in experienced yogis.

'Rachel’s yoga flexion class was fantastic. I felt tired, tight and headachy when I arrived and was treated to 50 minutes of gentle, intentional, stretchy movement which was just what I needed. Rachel has a very calm style of teaching and explains and demonstrates things clearly so if you’ve never done yoga before you don’t need to be worried! I didn’t actually want the class to end! Definitely making this class a regular'
