I have been a yoga teacher for 6 years with 14 years of practice. I teach vinyasa flow along with Yin yoga with a modern twist on anatomy and the ideas of alignment.
I also love love love the breathing work and how vital it is for mental and physical health. I am an oxygen advantage teacher using breath work to help improve athletes performance through improving their health.
I am also an Anatomy in motion practitioner, helping people move better and with less pain by understanding the flow motion model as created by Gary ward Using 3 dimensional movement.
