Hey there! I'm Human, just like you. I breathe air and eat a tad bit lesser than I cook.
I'm a professional Chef currently based in Lagos, Nigeria. A budding restaurateur. I also run a Culinary Arts School in Lagos.
I like to say I'm an expressionist because I enjoy painting, writing, cartooning, singing and playing the guitar amongst other things and I find comfort expressing myself through them.
I also enjoy laughing and spending my spare time with kids. I have two nieces and they are as precious to me as my heart.

Pan Seared Chicken Breast
I had a good time making this classic, the crew had fun too. The taste was awesome and the period reminded me how much I love having fun in the kitchen. The velvety espagnole sauce sparked lights in the dish, I just might share the secret with you.

As one of my signatures, I'm so proud of this little baby here, I was deliberate with the mini size because great things come in small sizes.

Before hitting the stage, I had a bit of stage fright because I got called up before the scheduled time and lasted longer playing before the crowd. One of my finest moments still cause I nailed it. The audience cheered and sang along to some of the chorus of the songs... I miss the times.
DIY design I made
At the restaurant, I made a mini sound spot for live musicians to play. Thanks to my folks who joined and helped with a couple of works to put this together
