Welcome to Wilder Waffle Co.

We are excited for you to tag along as we get this business off the ground…literally! Our trailer is frozen to the ground right now. We have been watching lots of YouTube videos ranging from wiring the electrical service to why a heat exchanger is a good choice for a coffee machine in a food trailer.

We will be making genuine Belgian Liège waffles piled-high with toppings inspired by the great outdoors. We are also going to be making craft espresso drinks to pair nicely with a gourmet waffle.

We are developing our business model to be at as many of the premiere gravel and mountain bike races across Minnesota and Wisconsin, a few County fairs, and the Farmers Market down the street.

Our mission is to serve gourmet waffles and craft espressos, ensuring a positive experience with every customer. We will be sourcing our ingredients locally, operating within our community to help support the local economy, and building relationships with stewards of the cyclist community to help support the growth of the sport.
