About

A little about me

Most of my life I felt misunderstood. The “old soul” often lost in my creativity. I wasn’t great at expressing myself, and truthfully I didn’t know how to live in alignment with my essence. I knew who I was, but also felt I needed to hide my true self in order to fit in. I was the wallflower, listening, watching, learning.

Feeling alone for many years instilled a passion in me to help others. I got my degree in Social Work, but realized quickly I didn’t like the red tape required to help people. I wanted to create community, to build relationships, to help people shine, to remind them of their spark.

I made the choice to sell everything and travel solo after college. I wanted to experience other cultures and beliefs and see the beauty of the world and the people in it. On this journey I met my husband. I have two incredible kids who have been like mirrors, reflecting back to me strengths I never knew I had and pushing me into a mindset of growth and possibility.

My days are often filled with the joys of slow living – foraging, creating with natural dyes, or gardening. Don’t get be wrong each day has its challenges and mental struggles.)These aren't just hobbies; they're reminders to stay rooted in the moment and cherish the world around us.

I'm here to guide, inspire, and explore alongside you as we both step into our fullest selves. Let's embrace the adventure of life with all its twists and turns, creating a path filled with intention, joy, and a touch of the unexpected.
