ABOUT US:

My name is Sam Lehman and I'm the owner of Wild Thyme. My husband and I are both from Western, NY and moved back to the area after traveling the US during his 10 year Air Force career. We have 3 amazing kids who love traveling and new adventures!

Wild Thyme Mobile Events is located in Western, NY in the Finger Lakes Region. We are a woman owned small business and are so excited for this new adventure!

We wanted to bring something new and exciting to our Valley while helping to create amazing memories at every event! We are a dry hire mobile service that will elevate your event beyond your wildest dreams. You provide the alcohol, we provide everything else!

Wild Thyme is a Dry Hire mobile bar!

What does Wild Thyme being a Dry Hire mean for you?

Along with most mobile bars in NY state, Wild Thyme is a Dry Hire mobile event service. Dry Hire means that Wild Thyme provides everything needed for your event except the alcohol. However, as your hired servers, that doesn't stop the magic! Once we have worked together to plan your exact menu for your event, we'll provide you with an alcohol shopping list. This will include the number and size of each specific alcohol needed and recommendations for where to shop that is convenient and cost conscious for you!

Having a party and prefer to keep it light, fun and sober? Customize your own alcohol-free party from the following options:

▪️Mocktails: 2x mocktails of your choice
▪️Ice cream sundae bar: 3x flavors of ice cream, up to 5 toppings and bowls
▪️Ice cream float bar: 3x flavors of ice cream, 3x choices of soda, whipped cream and cherries
▪️Italian Soda bar: 4x flavors of your choice, Club Soda and cream served over ice
▪️Movie bar: Popcorn, 3x candy options and 2x soda choices
▪️Create and Sip: 2x mocktails of your choice enjoyed while you decorate cakes, cupcakes or cookies made by N'Dulge Cakes and Pastries in Alfred, NY for a fun collaboration between two woman-owned, small businesses
▪️The Brick House Private Event: create a collaborative event at The Brick House in Canisteo, NY! TBH hosts and Wild Thyme serves 2x mocktails of your choice on their outside patio for a more intimate setting away from home.
▪️Custom Theme party: You tell us the theme you have in mind and we'll customize ideas for you to pick from to make your event magical!

Add any of the following to your package! Some restrictions apply.

▪️Infused ice water station: Choose from - Lemon, Lavender, Cucumber, Mint, Lime, Orange, Pineapple, Watermelon, Strawberry, Blackberry, Raspberry or Mixed Berry. *Some flavors based on seasonal availability. 2 variety maximum
▪️Lemonade or Iced Tea station: standard or infused. Self serve
▪️Mocktails: pre-batched. Not to exceed 2 varieties
▪️Single Liquor drinks: can be added to either Standard Package or Signature Package. Shots or "neat" drinks are not permitted with any package
▪️Additional soft drink choice
▪️Additional 1/4 barrel keg
▪️Additional signature drink. Max of 4
▪️Walking service: waitstaff to walk through your event to hand out signature drinks or champagne. Signature Package only. 30 minute service maximum
▪️Champagne Drinkware
▪️Tossware compostable cups
▪️Extra staffed hours beyond the included 4 hours in all quotes. Legally, we cannot serve past 12 am
