.•° CANCELLATIONS 48H AHEAD
if you are to cancel or reschedule, you must do so 48h ahead in order not to be considered a no show. If you do not cancel or reschedule 48h ahead/ no show and would like to book again, the remaining balance must be given in order to book.

.•° 9 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD
please be ON TIME not early or late. you have 9 min to be at my door. if you are later than 9 min, you will have to pay a $10 late fee. if you are 15 min + , your appointment will be cancelled and you will be considered a no show.
