Etta has multiple locations around Chicago but my favorite is River North. They have a dog friendly patio and whenever I go they don’t let me leave without giving me a pup pop or treat. Bonus: your parents are going to love the food

Bar Cargo is dog friendly on their front patio. My parents tell everyone this is the best bottomless brunch in Chicago but we also like to go just for the pizza.
