Saturday, February 26
👋 Opening Ceremony at 12:00 PM
✍️ Timed Writing Round at 12:30 PM
👩🏫 Talk: Untold Magazine at 1:30 PM
📚 Workshop: Peer Editing at 2:30 PM
📝 Submit Best One-Page by 3:30 PM
👩👩👧👧 Talk: Writing Nonprofits at 3:30 PM
Saturday, March 5
🎉 Awards Ceremony at 7:00 PM
Rules and logistics
The competition has two categories
1️⃣ Timed writing round
Students will be given a prompt on the day of the competition and have one hour to write a short story
2️⃣ One-page submission
Students submit one page of their best writing; any writing is allowed
Awards ceremony and prizes
🗓 The awards ceremony will be held March 5 at 7:00 PM on Zoom
🏆 The top five students in each category will receive a certificate
🥇 Each category will have one winner
💸 Each winner will recieve a $25 Amazon gift card and have their story featured on our website
