Hello, My name is Deon Harper.

I come from humble beginnings, where experience has been the best teacher in my 35 years of living. I started playing basketball & football early in childhood and it became my outlet and alternative to being in the streets.

However, I don’t look like what I’ve been through. I don’t look like hardship and struggle nor heartache and brokenness. However, those experiences shaped the man you see today: a servant of God, husband, father, son, brother, uncle, entrepreneur, investor, soldier, influencer, creative, passionate, and charismatic leader.

I use all that I was and pour that into my craft, it has afforded me the experience and wisdom to encourage and inspire others to pursue their goals.

I aim to be the salt of the earth and a light in the world. I love to utilize style, authentic charisma, speaking, and sharing my experiences to do so. I exist to inspire the light & innovation in others and to never allow that to be dimmed by anyone or anything.
