Wishing Whisk desserts are all uniquely hand made so that no two pieces of dessert are ever exactly the same. Our style is luxurious whimsical elegance that’s bound to be a show stopper at your next event.

Below you will find a variety of delicious little treats along with a seperate vegan menu.

We are based in Tarneit which is in the western suburbs of Melbourne approximately 25min from Melbourne CBD.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS...
Please note that we are unable to do last minute rush orders. To avoid disappointment please try and give a minimum of 3 weeks notice.
Booking dates can only be held with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations due to COVID are no exception.

Booking dates can be changed provided a minimum of 3 weeks notice is given and that said new booking date is available. Bookings cannot be transferred more than 4 weeks from the original booking date.

Due to the incredibly busy nature of the end of year Christmas period, we are unable to reschedule bookings beyond October. BOOKINGS/ ORDERS MADE FOR DECEMBER ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.

DIETARY INFORMATION...
Gluten, egg, dairy & nut free options are available on request however while every care is taken to not cross contaminate allergens, it’s important to know that all the desserts are made in the same kitchen using the same equipment that has previously come into contact with gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.

DELIVERY...
Delivery is available on request (except for Sunday’s). We do not personally do the deliveries, we use an independent delivery service. Pricing is calculated based on the distance between the pick and delivery address. Feel free to contact us for a delivery quote.

Cookie Cakes

Our signature Wishing Whisk cookie cakes are as delicious as they are beautiful!

These cookie cakes can be specifically designed to suit your event colour pallet and theme.

Each cookie cake is approximately 30cm tall (A4 size) and consists of two cookie layers that is filled with our silky European buttercream recipe. On request, fillings can be added to the bottom layer such as freeze dried raspberries, ganache, lemon curd, Nutella, Biscoff cookie butter, homemade caramel or jam.

Toppings vary from cake to cake and may include; macarons, strawberries, mini cookies, marshmallows, Belgium crisp pearls, chocolate balls, freeze dried berries & sprinkles. A personalised edible cookie plaque can be added on request at no extra charge.

Number & Shaped Cakes

Our signature Wishing Whisk cakes are as delicious as they are beautiful!

These cakes are styled the same way as a cookie cake being that they are naked with buttercream just between the layers.

Each cake consists of two cake layers that is filled with our silky European buttercream recipe. On request, fillings can be added to the bottom layer such as freeze dried raspberries, ganache, lemon curd, Nutella, Biscoff cookie butter, homemade caramel or jam.

Each cake is approx 30cm tall & will give you up to 20 coffee portion serves.

Paint Your Own Cookies (PYO)

Bring a smile to any child’s face with these paint your own cookie boxes.. All they need is some water to dip their paint brush in and off they go!

Wishing Whisk is also the creator of the first PYO cookie piñata which is filled with sprinkles and mini m&m’s for the ultimate surprise!

Cookies are completely customisable and can be made in any theme.

Strawberry milkshake - topped with Belgian strawberry crisp pearls & strawberry milkshake filled pipettes.

Salted caramel - topped with homemade salted caramel & caramel popcorn.

Vanilla - topped with seasonal berries.

Lemon - layers of lemon cheesecake, lemon curd & a dusting of freeze dried berry powder.

Berry ripple - layers of cheesecake & homemade berry sauce.

Passionfruit - topped with passionfruit pulp.

Oreo Nutella - Oreo cookie base topped with layers of Nutella cheesecake & Nutella.

Tiramisu - coffee soaked sponge fingers layered with a marscapone & cream blend.

Knafeh - Topped with cornflake crumbs, pistachios & your choice of either orange blossom or rose water syrup filled pipettes.

Coconut sago - Tapioca pearl & coconut milk custard topped with seasonal fruit purée.

Every Wishing Whisk cake is lovingly and uniquely designed just for you!

Cakes are all custom quoted based on the style of cake your after and size (how many coffee sized portions would you like to get out of the cake?)

Please note that we do not make fondant cakes. We only make buttercream cakes with minimal fondant work.

While we encourage inspiration photos to be sent along with your enquiry, it’s important to know that we will not replicate other cake decorators work. We take pride in creating our own designs and having creative freedom is an integral part of our design process.

Mini Cakes $50

These little cuties will give you approx four small serves. They are perfect for smash cakes or if your just after a small cake to brighten someone’s day.

All mini cakes include a candle and can be personalised with an edible plaque. A mini balloon can also be added at no extra charge.

Dessert Boxes (currently unavailable)

Happiness in a box! These small mixed dessert boxes are sure to put a smile on anyone’s face. Each box is made to order and requires a minimum of two weeks notice.
