Wisteria Woods Occasions is a luxury picnic planning and intimate event set up service.
These picnics were created with the intention of alleviating the pressure of planning and revitalizing the traditional picnic with a twist.
We are based out of Ocean County NJ. We primarily work in coastal southern New Jersey and extend as far as Staten Island.
*for large groups requesting a farther away destination please inquire directly.
We specialize and flourish in luxury picnic experiences, but we have recently expanded to tablescape design, photoshoot styling, and intimate elopements.
So you’ve decided you want a luxury picnic, music to my ears! You’ll start by filling out our booking form so we can get all of your information in one place. You will choose your aesthetic, location and specialty add ons to make your PERFECT picnic. Whether it’s your backyard, a park, or beach, we will be there every step of the way to make sure all you have to do is just show up and enjoy!
Our signature package comes with carefully curated decor with blankets, rugs, floor cushions, candles, tableware, dried bouquet arrangement and an assortment of supplemental decor to match your theme. A low lying picnic table
adorned with a seasonal grazing board to keep your belly full. An ice bucket with fresh water to keep you hydrated. A portable Bluetooth speaker to set the vibe. A 9ft fringe umbrella to protect you from the sun and a picnic basket filled with essentials and board games to bring all the fun!

While our favorite location is your backyard for privacy and optimal fun, we also have other options that work just as well! If you’re looking for a beach vista, we recommend Sandy Hook Beach, Long Beach Island and Island Beach State Park during peak season. If you are leaning more towards a park location, Conference House and Allaire State Park are great options. We have plenty more to choose from, if you have somewhere else in mind we will work together to get that location secured.
*our favorite rentable space is @ourhandcrafted home in Asbury Park NJ, which makes for the perfectly aesthetically pleasing poolside retreat.
Unfortunately, we operate at mother natures mercy. If inclement weather is anticipated, we will check in with you 2 days prior to your event date. It is then we will determine whether you would like to move the picnic inside to a location of your choice, reschedule the picnic for another day, or issue a full refund.
*if the picnic is cancelled within the two day window, the client is responsible for any 3rd party additional fees. (ie food, floral add ons)
