Hi! I’m Tanya

A little about me….

I’ve always been drawn to transformation—whether it’s breaking free from the past, healing my body, nurturing a garden, or turning a ball of yarn into something beautiful. After years of chronic illness, I’ve learned that true healing isn’t just physical—it’s about releasing what weighs us down, rewriting old patterns, and stepping into the life we’re meant to live.

I’m a mom of three (with just one left at home!) and an introverted nature-lover who finds peace in plants, creativity, and deep healing. You’ll usually find me with my hands in the dirt, a crochet hook in hand, or exploring the mind-body connection in new ways.

Healing

from the inside out

Arrhythmia Support & Mind-Body Healing

For over 20 years, I lived with chronic—and at times severe—heart arrhythmias, along with melanoma and breast cancer.

Through this journey, I learned that heart symptoms aren’t just physical—they’re deeply connected to stress, fear, and patterns the body holds.

Each session is tailored to your needs, combining mind-body coaching with practical guidance for living with arrhythmias. I share what has helped me personally, along with tools and strategies to support your nervous system, overall well-being, and physical comfort.

This process can help you:
✨ Calm anxiety and stress
✨ Shift unhelpful thought patterns
✨ Release stored emotional tension
✨ Gain practical strategies for living with arrhythmias
✨ Feel more peace, confidence, and support

You’re not broken. Your body is responding—and it can learn a new way.
Especially if you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but you don’t feel normal — I see you.

The support I needed back then is what I offer now through flexible, pay-what-you-can pricing. 💛

Book a free consult or 1:1 session if this feels right for you.

I’m Ready!

One of a kind

A little at a time

When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me with a hook and yarn in hand. Crochet has been a creative outlet, a form of relaxation, and—let’s be honest—a bit of an obsession. There’s something so satisfying about turning a simple ball of yarn into something beautiful and useful.

I originally closed my Etsy shop in 2020 after my cancer diagnosis, but lately, I’ve been feeling inspired to bring it back! While my shop is still a work in progress, I’m excited to start sharing my handmade pieces again soon.

If you love cozy, handmade creations, stay tuned! I’ll be updating this space with more details as I get things ready.
