HUMMS -The word HUMSS stands for humanities and social sciences. ... the social sciences are fields of study that may involve more empirical methods to consider society and human behavior, including anthropology, education, linguistics, political science annd international relations, sociology, geography, law and psychology.

STEM-The STEM Strand is for SHS students who are inclined toward or have the aptitude for Math or Science or Engineering studies.Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics are intertwining disciplines when applied in the real world. The difference of the STEM curriculum with the other strands and tracks is the focus on advanced concepts and topics. Under the track, you can become a pilot, an architect, an astrophysicist, a biologist, a chemist, an engineer, a dentist, a nutritionist, a nurse, a doctor, and a lot more.

ABM-This Senior High School strand will introduce you to the fundamentals of business, accounting,
marketing, and economics. It will also provide you knowledge and skills in line with the digital
trend that will enable you to think big as you prepare for a more digital corporate world in the
future

GAS-GAS is a Senior High School strand that takes on a generalist approach in preparing students for college. ... It covers various disciplines like Humanities, Social Sciences, Organization, and Management

TVL-TVL Strand is designed to develop students' skills that is useful for livelihood and technical projects. It provides a curriculum that is a combination of Core Courses and specialized hands-on courses that meets the competency-based assessment of TESDA
