Howdy! My name is Faith Kagai, a typical Kenyan, a journalist by profession in communication and Public Relations.

I had always wanted to start something of my own and so a friend of mine (an EX) 😁 mentioned about podcasting and how I'd be good at it, and even gave me leads on where to start from. Thank you !😉. I did not have planned content and so I just decided to start. Maybe talk about my day, what I experienced today and such( so clueless huh!) pressing on...

I ended up falling in love with CONFESSIONS after coming across a channel where people shared their confessions. I got interested and amazed at what people do and go through. How people felt the need to get some secrets/confessions off their chest to make room for relief, hope and happiness ☺️ or a new beginning ( Biningin 😁😉)

I loved the fact that whenever someone would share their secret they'd mention how safe they felt when they read other peoples' confessions and how they felt a sense of belonging and learnt that they are not alone.

People go through a lot of things and sometimes all they need is someone they can talk to, someone who can just listen and understand without passing judgement.

I observed that people are scared of sharing their issues with other people out of fear of being judged, gossiped , told on to other people, heart/hurt broken, jailed, understood, believed e.t.c and so I observed that they became comfortable sharing their confessions ANONYMOUSLY and were relieved that they weren't the only ones going through the same or having to have done the same thing. The same people would give their opinions and advice on a matter.
This, was so BEAUTIFUL 😍 so Amazing. Beautiful and MAGICAL things happen when people come together. 👪

I decided that my podcast would carry on on the path of MENTAL ANYTHING and other things would follow. by this I mean, Mental care, aid, healing, control. I am no psychologist/ psychiatrist but one thing I know I'll be there to listen, together give our opinions , suggestions and help where we can.
