I just want to discuss two concepts. The first concept is very simple is the theory of fictions, which means any legal entity including a human being but not limited to human beings. And the other concept is the event of unlearning which is like a learning experience but because it's unlike what most have ever experienced it's a very new experience all its own in the journey to unlearning is a first-time one of one experience for most people. What makes this process difficult for some is that you believe you have to come across information, absorb it, and remember it, and then recall it, and apply it, when the fact of the matter is what you're really doing is unlearning things that you have been taught that have been ingrained in you since birth that never really made sense to your subconscious and your conscience but having not enough facts and being forced to accept a false reality your conscience and subconscious Forced a false reality that never made sense upon you. And so now what you have to undergo is a transformation that is a perspective shift more than it is a learning experience and the reason that is a perspective shift is because you've learned and lived in a reality that is a construct. And so before you can learn correctly you have to unlearn and the hard part to unlearning is that you've never learned to unlearn before so you don't have a methodology, practice, or protocol that you can rely on to effectively unlearn. Similar to having never been taught a thing you have no protocol to learn a thing and so the first time you learn anything from that point in time forward starts your personal journey of understanding how your mind learns. So remember the frustration you feel is the unlearning, the feeling of loss this is unlearning, the feeling of anger as if you've been tricked is unlearning, the feeling like you're never quite getting it is unlearning. Labor through it it's difficult, not because the information is impossible, not because the event is impossible, but because unlearning is your first time experiencing unlearning. Now I turn back to the issue of fictions in law which can be a company can be a trust can be a human being converted for legal purposes into a trust - how did this come to be and why does this exist. I saw on the feed where individuals were talking about the cestue que vie trust Act which can be read, it's not hard to find, and it's not a secret if you need to know about it look through this feed at least read that statute once so you can comprehend it but let me give you that Statute in layman's terms as to why it exists.

Because statutes don't exist to create the law statutes are like art they mimic reality they exist because of reality they overlay over reality and so the statute exist because it's the reality not vice versa- what does that mean? very simply the 14th Amendment of the Constitution States two important things to take note of regards to this matter follow me this is a very simple concept you'll hear it once and you got it. 14th Amendment of the US Constitution says all people are US citizens, all persons have freedom of speech, all persons are entitled to due process, all persons should be treated equally under the law. Now think about these two provisions all persons are citizens all persons are created equal under the law. Now if a thing that is not a man can be a citizen, and a thing that is not a man can be deemed to be a person under the law, and all persons must be treated equally can you make a non man fiction entity that is not a man into a man or must you convert everybody including man into a fiction? And the answer is obvious in order to establish equality in the land all persons must be converted to fictions because it's a capacity that everyone can have ... the lowest form so to speak. Some will harp on whether the 14th Amendment represents what I've said it represents - but remember the 14th amendment by and through it reapplies the entire text of the US Constitution to everyone not named in it ...
