Hello there! My name is Hana Doan and I created this website to serve as an online portfolio and recollection of accomplishments throughout my years of high school and college.
I currently attending the Western Center Academy as a junior and on the path to graduating High School with my A.A. in Political Science and Business Administration.

Growing Up
My father opened up a nail salon by himself after deciding to move away from his friends and family. My mother worked along side him as a co-owner and I've learned much about building up a business from them.

Started Off Young
I ran a small business selling hand-crafted paper envelopes in 7th grade - shown above is an old 2016 image of my "catalog." This experience though seemingly insignificant, was the start of helping me with:
- time management and organization when it comes to managing supply and demand
- never underestimating the amount of labor and time I needed to supply products to consumers
- creating connections among others to market what you are offering and allowing for option to trade and sponsor

Visual Arts
I have been oil painting as a hobby since 2016 (listed is one of my paintings). I also practice in other mediums of watercolor, colored pencils, and acrylic paints. I participated in my high school's art club from Sophomore to Junior year and helped raise money with a sticker sale to support the Wilfires in Australia.
