Policies

Reference Photo:
please send an inspo picture a week before your appointment either through instagram dm or number. this is to ensure i am able to meet your expectations.

Confirming Appointment:
your appointment must be confirmed the day before in order to receive my apartment number.
ex: “hi my name is ___ & im confirming my appointment for tomorrow at ___”

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
any cancellations & rescheduling must be done 48 hours or sooner prior to your appointment.

Tardiness:
a 10 minute grace period is given. after 10 minutes, you will have to reschedule.

PSA:
I have the right to refuse service. I will not refund your service. If there is a problem with your nails let me know within 24 hours & I will gladly fix them.

Day of Appointment

Protocols:
• no extra guests are allowed
• I do not work on bruised or damaged nails
• if you are sick, please stay home
• masks are optional, but encouraged
• restrooms will be available to you before & after your appointment, not during
• appointment duration may range between 2-3 hours. please plan accordingly
• arrive to your appointment with bare nails. no gel/acrylic, no polish, no nail strengthener. soak offs are not available

During Appointment:
• avoid touching your mask, face or phone to prevent any cross contamination, lint, or smudges on your nails
