I was introduced to the plant-based lifestyle in March 2016 & have been fully pursuing it since May 2017. As I grew deeper into the lifestyle, I found myself becoming passionate about health & well-being. I have learned about other eco-habits which I have adapted that have benefited me in so many ways! These crispy, tasty, air-fried tofu bites are perfect to snack on or add-on to your entrees.
Toss up a few fiesta ingredients, fold up into a tortilla & crisp up for some deliciousness!

Life without potato wedges is boring.
Prep Time: 10 Min
Cook Time: 25 Min
Ingredients:
• 1/2 block of extra firm tofu
• 1/2 tsp of black pepper
• 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp of onion powder
• 1/2 tsp of paprika
• 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
• 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
Steps:
1. Press the tofu to remove excess water.
2. Cut the block of tofu into small cubes. (1 in. x 1 in. MAX)
3. Place tofu cubes into a medium sized bowl. *Assure no two cubes are attached.
4. Apply all seasonings. Toss the cubes after each seasoning to coat evenly.
5. Spray non-stick oil onto air-fryer tray.
*I use Avocado or Coconut Oil.
6. Place tofu cubes onto air-fryer tray evenly.
7. Cook for 15 minutes at 350°.
8. Flip.
9. Cook for 10 minutes at 350°.
10. Serve immediately & enjoy!
