If you haven't met me, hi. My name's Yelina. I love to help, be active, cook & save the animals.

I was introduced to the plant-based lifestyle in March 2016 & have been fully pursuing it since May 2017. As I grew deeper into the lifestyle, I found myself becoming passionate about health & well-being. I have learned about other eco-habits which I have adapted that have benefited me in so many ways! Mentally & physically. I’m here to spread awareness & share my knowledge; motivated to help you live a healthier lifestyle.
