Morning vinyasa flow- Vinyasa Flow is an uplifting and energetic practice where movements are deeply integrated with the support and rhythm of the breath. Morning vinyasa sequences are created to boost your energy while relaxing the mind. This class integrates movement, breath strength, flexibility and stamina to release stress and tension. A wonderful way to energize your day.

I discovered yoga when I was working in the construction field and was constantly having aches and pains throughout my entire body. I began to do yoga daily. It was life changing how I felt physically and mentally. After a few months I realized that I wanted to teach others. I started going to new yoga studios to learn new techniques and that began my journey to becoming a teacher. I am now a RYT 200. For me, yoga is about how you can move the body to heal its self physically and mentally. So, my classes combine a balance of strength, flexibility, and inner focus. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.

FAQ

Q: What should I wear?
A: Anything that you can comfortably move freely around in (Stretchy pants & a loose shirt).

Q: What should I bring?
A: Yoga mat, props ( blocks or bolster), water bottle, and yourself!

Q: What if I don't have anything!?!
A: No worries! You can rent a mat, blocks, and bolster for $5.

Q: Do I have to wear a mask?
A: Masks are not required however you are welcome to wear one.
