A vigorously challenging practice that weaves in fun, exploration, and recovery, we’ll draw in energy and a sense of calm through our sessions.
Each class offers the opportunity to increase flexibility and build sustainable strength, along with room for self-discovery.
I discovered yoga on my own healing journey. I loved how it led me on a path to recovery from trauma, all while offering me a way to strengthen my body. I found this practice transformative, and I want to share it with others.
I became a certified 200-Hour Yoga instructor in hopes of bringing yoga to everyone. My classes are challenging, full of self inquiry and discovery, and leave you with a sense of calm and accomplishment. Let’s begin your journey today.
