My role is to hold safe and supportive space for vulnerability and heart opening while empowering patients/clients to take an active role in their healing in whatever form that may take for them.

Through various trainings and my own self exploration into radical self love and transformation, I am able to guide my patients/clients through a blend of the intuitive and physiological practice of acupuncture.

This practice includes Gua Sha, cupping, tui na (Chinese bodywork) and moxibustion as well as recommendations on diet, breath work, physical movement, meditations, and other modalities covered under my scope of practice.

I am certified in Heart Centered Therapy, Reiki level II practitioner, holistic health counselor, 200 hour yoga teacher training, forever student of the Tarot and all things intuition based, and am currently enrolled in a two year Chinese Herbal Medicine program.
