History of Yongmudo

Back to 2014, when Master Rohit Narkar visited South Korea he was introduced to International Yongmudo Federation and Yong-In University by some high level Taekwondo officials from where he started to develop a interest in Yongmudo. After coming back to India within One Year, he established Indian Yongmudo Federation which was simultaneously affiliated to International Yongmudo Federation, South Asian Yongmudo Federation, Asian Yongmudo Federation and SGFI (SCHOOL GAMES FEDERATION OF INDIA) in the year 2015.

Event till now

1.) Organizing five National Championship from the year 2015 to 2019.

2.) Helping SGFI to conduct five National Yongmudo championship from the year 2015-2019.

3.) Conducting Indo-Sri Lanka Yongmudo Seminar in collaboration with Yongmudo Association of Sri Lanka, 2018 and 2019.

4.) International Referee Seminar and Training Camp, 2019.

5.) 1st International Online Seminar-Cum-Black Belt Exam, 2020.

6.) Participation and winning of Indian Yongmudo Team in World Martial Arts Mastership, International Yongmudo Championship, South Asian Yongmudo Championship and Indo-Nepal Friendship Championship
