Young Bosses In Business is brought to you by two young sister entrepreneurs, 12-year-old Sariah, founder of iAH Beauty and 5-year-old Ariella, founder of Bossari Kids. A platform that will feature a series of pop-up shops for Young Kid business owners between the ages of 5 - 17 years old to showcase their products and unite with other kid bosses while gaining exposure and support from the community.

We started Young Bosses In Business because we noticed many kid bosses like ourselves are not being seen within the community and do not have enough media recognition, resources, and support. A lot of the time, we have been seeing popup shop events held for adults, but rarely or none being held for kids. We want to use our platform to give young kid entrepreneurs a place not only to sell their items but to learn and grow together with other kid entrepreneurs, leaving them feeling confident and supported.

Young Bosses In Business is a free kid pop up shop event for the community to shop and support our small entrepreneurs and their business. YBIB is very kid-friendly, hosted by creative kids, with many talents, featuring special appearances, entertainment, motivational speakers to uplift, encourage, inspire young bosses and motivate us to pursue our dreams, we will have contests, prizes, giveaways and much more!
