Hello, I’m Veronica - a doula and homeschooling mama situated in Houston, Texas! You may often find me nap trapped in under a pile of babies; it's one of my favorite places to be.

With six little ones to tend to, I have encountered childbirth in numerous variations ranging from natural births at hospitals, to traumatic hospital deliveries, an unfortunate stillbirth at 28 weeks, and a planned freebirth at home.

As a doula, I possess a unique advantage that sets me apart - my personal journey through motherhood and grief. My doula training combined with this experience have equipped me with the necessary skills to provide exceptional care to expecting mothers.

I am dedicated to treating my clients with warmth and affection, approaching their needs with the same attentiveness and devotion as I would a close friend.

Hey!! My name is Debbie and I would love to be your birth friend! I am a Doula in the greater Houston area and love to travel, so that’s always an option!

I am a mother to 6, 2 of whom I birthed in the hospital setting, one angel baby and 3 I have been blessed to be a bonus mom to for nearly 19 years now!

My devotion for caring for others, my personal birth experiences and pre-nursing background drives my passion for guiding others through their most precious moment of birthing. With my experience in guiding others through diverse births, I believe that EVERYONE deserves to have the birth they have always dreamt about, and should have access to support as well as education through out their pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

As your birth friend, I will help guide you through all of your options, giving you the tools you need to tap into your own potential and to trust yourself through your birth.

Hi, I’m Briana!

After the birth of my first baby, I felt very alone. I was one of the first of my friends to have a baby and we had no family near us in San Diego at the time.

I had no idea how hard postpartum recovery could be and I struggled with feeling like I should "do it all" even after a traumatic birth experience. I wish that I had been given the support of someone mothering me in the midst of becoming a new mother.

That's why I'm so excited to announce that I will be serving women as a postpartum doula! I have a passion for women to feel empowered in their motherhood journey and to support them along the way - whether that's caring for baby so they can grab a nap or prepping a nourishing meal for later.

Our Services

Please note each doula is able to modify pricing for their individual client.

- Initial consultation can be via phone call, zoom or in person. This is complimentary and requires no commitment.

- We attend hospital births, birth centers and homebirths in and around the greater Houston area. We are willing to travel and arrangements can be made outside of the care pricing.

- We also provide virtual support no matter where you are located.

- Phone & text support from the onset of labor until you need us in person
- Includes 3 prenatal sessions either in person or virtual
- Attendance at your labor either at your home and/or place or birth
- Physical, emotional, and educational support as well as advocacy during the entirety of your labor
- Up to 4hrs of recovery support
- Immediate lactation/feeding support after birth
- Educational recommendations & evidence based research
- Local recommendations and referrals
- Assistance finding a provider or birthing place that aligns with your values and prioritizes informed consent
- Problem solving solutions to improve relationships with family, friends medical providers, and hospital staff
- Labor preparation & coping techniques
- Guidance on pain management options, interventions, inductions and cesareans

Starting at $30 per hour

Postpartum investment:
$32/hour a la carte
$30/hour for packages of 50+ hours
$35/ hour for twins or siblings
4 hour minimum

- Phone, text, email and zoom support after baby’s arrival
- Supporting the mama by holding baby when mom needs to nap or shower
- A minimum of two postpartum visits
- Local recommendations and referrals
- Ensure proper nourishment is being implemented during recovery
- Light household duties including but not limited to basic chores, meal prepping, laundry etc.
- Provide emotional support in helping understand emotions that are present after birth
- Lactation support

In addition to our doula services, we also offer a variety of products that can be utilized before, during and after pregnancy.

A blend of non-toxic ingredients including bentonite clay and arrow root powder to soothe the tiniest and gentlest of bums.

This tea is packed full of nutrients for mama and baby using only organic ingredients. It should be sipped starting at the third trimester (and after birth if you wish). It is a combination of Nettle, Oatstraw, Raspberry Leaf and Alfalfa and can be steeped to be drank hot or iced.

A soothing blend of ingredients made to help calm and relax mama as her body transitions to bring baby earthside.

This roller ball is a blend of essential oils curated for the uncomfortable heartburn you may be suffering from during pregnancy.

This is something we offer for everyone; pregnant or not! Our Detox Tub Tea is a mixture of ingredients such as activated charcoal, pink Himalayan salt and geranium essential oil for a relaxing soak to release toxins.
