I am a mom to 3, wife, friend, daughter, aunt, sister, dance instructor & a friendly mentor. Through my own mental illness, I have found my passion in life. I personally struggle with depression & anxiety, and started my Instagram, @yourfriendjenika, in 2020 to talk about all things mental health, self-care, & wellness. From kids to adults, we need to focus more on our mental health.
