One of my favorite dishes. Bulgogi. Here's my bulgogi inspired risotto
Bulgogi inspired risotto by Yumchiyum
Bulgogi inspired risotto a la yumchiyum
Ingredients
200g of beef
1 or 2 carrots
Mushrooms of your choice (I used oyster mushrooms but shiitake would probably be more suitable)
Fresh parsley
2tbs of sake/wine
Rice
For the marinade
1tbs of gochujang (korean chili paste)
1tbs of doenjang (korean soy paste)
2 tbs of paprika (gochugaru would be more suitable if you have)
2 tbs of rice vinegar
2 tbs of sesame oil
Some pepper
Sesame seeds
First step: prepare the meat. Slice it thinly.
Second step: Prepare the marinade according to the instructions and put the meat in it, I reccomend leaving the marinade overnight if it's possible. It not leave it for at least an hour.
Third step: put 1tbs of sesame oil on the pan. Add carrots and parsley and stir it until soft. Around 5 to 10 minutes, depending on pan and intensity of fire.
Forth step: add marinated meat. Stir it until it's ready to add the mushrooms and until the meat isn't tender. Probably around 30 minutes. Occasionally add water little by little.
Fifth step: add the mushrooms and stir it for another 10 minutes. Add some sake, and make a sauce.
Bon apetit!
Fake Hungarian cake recipe ♡
This is one of the most famous cakes in my household. We make it every Christmas and every Easter. It's quick yet so filling and sweet. You can make it for your whole family in just an hour!! Also it tastes amazing with some strawberries on top!🤩😜🍓
Fake Hungarian cake
INGREDIENTS (for smaller baking pan)
250ml Water
100g Butter
100g Dark chocolate
2 tbs sugar
300g petit beurre biscuits, cut to small pieces
Chocolate ganache
Cream
Chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the water and the sugar in the pot and boil until the sugar is completely dissolved.
2. When sugar dissolves add butter and chocolate and mix it together until both ingredients dissolve. Mix it on low heat.
3. When the mixture looks right add the biscuits and mix it together until biscuits soak the juice.
4. When it's ready place it on the pan and press it with spatula.
5. (You can do this in the same pot) boil the cream of your choice. I prefer sweet cream, after it boiled add the chocolate of your choice, again I prefer to go with dark chocolate. Place the ganache on biscuits and keep it in the room temperature for about an hour. After that keep it in the fridge. I recommend overnight!!

Flax bread by yumchiyum
Homemade flax flour bread by Yumchiyum

12 g (one package baking powder)
First step: mix all dry ingredients.
Second step: slowly add water and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Mix by adding.
Third step: Put other 2 tablespoons of olive oil on the load pan so your bread won't stick to the pan and it would be moist. After that put the bread and some butter on top. Also I used some rosemary as decoration on top. Bake it for 30 minutes on 320°F (180°C).
