RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We guarantee that we deliver quality products in good condition. All items are inspected before they are shipped out.
Returns and exchanges are only allowed if the customer received a defective item, wrong size, wrong color or wrong design.
Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition. Returned items will be inspected if truly eligible for exchange of the same item.
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
The shipping cost in returning the item to be exchanged is borne by the buyer. The shipping cost to redeliver the new item is borne by the seller if eligible for exchange. If the returned item is not eligible for exchange, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back.
For hygienic reasons — undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear are NOT eligible for refund, returns or exchanges. Unless, they are defective or incorrect.
