I am the daughter of Pania
My dogs name is moko
My ancestors once occupied the land of the Ngāti Kahungunu and Ngāti Awa tribe.

My being is here to empower you to become the best version of you and unearth the taonga that lies within you.

I do this through various methods including:
Moon and cacao ceremonies
Connecting to Te Hā (the breath)
