Welcome to 4 Paws Pet Lodge! We are a family-owned and operated business that has been serving pet owners for over 25 years. Darren and Krista Watson, proud owners of the lodge, will soon be celebrating their 10th anniversary in January 2024.

Located on a beautiful 80-acres of land, our pet lodge not only provides a safe and comfortable place for your furry friends but is also home to horses, goats, chickens, and of course, our beloved family dogs and cats.

At 4 Paws Pet Lodge, we prioritize the health and well-being of your pets and believe in providing a clean and hygienic environment for every pet in our care. That's why we use a non-toxic, non-scented peroxide-based cleaner that is approved by veterinarians.

Our team is passionate about what we do, and offering our pet care services to Lakefield and the surrounding area is not only our dream job, but our dream come true. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

At 4 Paws Pet Lodge, we take pride in providing a serene and enjoyable environment for your beloved pets. Here are some highlights of our facilities and amenities:

Climate-Controlled Rooms
Your pets will experience ultimate comfort in their private rooms, which are equipped with heated floors during the colder months and air conditioning during the warmer months. Each room also features a large window to allow ample natural light.

Fenced Play Yard
We have a large, securely fenced play yard where our guests can engage in supervised playtime multiple times a day.

Leash Walks
Our lodge is situated on 80 acres of beautiful property. Leash walks are available upon request and for an additional fee of $10 per walk.

HOURS OF OPERATION
For your convenience, we offer check-in and drop-off times during the following hours.

Monday to Friday:
Morning: 7:30am - 10:00am
Afternoon: 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Weekends:
Morning: 9:00am - 11:00pm
Afternoon: 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Please note that all check-ins and check-outs (day care and overnight stays) are by appointment only. This ensures a smooth and personalized experience for each of our guests.

OVERNIGHT STAYS
Single Dog: $43.00 per 24hrs (plus tax)
Two Dogs (shared room): $63.00 per 24hrs (plus tax)

Single Cat: $30.00 per 24hrs (plus tax)
Two Cats (shared room): $50.00 per 24hrs (plus tax)

More than a two-dog or two-cat family? Not to worry. Contact us to share your fur families needs and in return we will share a stay rate that reflects these needs.

Our daily room rate is reflective of a 24 4pm to pick up Saturday at 4pm. Our room rates reflect full access to our excellent facilities and services throughout your pets stay (see link below for further details).

DAYCARE STAYS
Daycare is available Monday-Thursday between the hours of 7:30am-6pm by appointment only.

Single Dog: $30.00 per day (plus tax)
Two Dogs (shared room): $45.00 per day (plus tax)

Please note that our daycare experience isn’t available on holidays or over the March break.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Medication Administration
If required for your pet, a fee of $5.00 per medication and dose applies during their stay.

Leash Walks
Our lodge is situated on 80 acres of beautiful property. Leash walks are available upon request and for an additional fee of $10 per walk.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
For new clients, we require a $50.00 deposit (e-transfer) to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your pet's stay. The remaining balance will be due on check in day.

🐾 For the safety of all our guests, all dogs must be on a leash upon drop off and pick up and all cats must be secured in a cat carrier.

🐾 Scheduled drop off and pick up times are required during our office hours.

🐾 All payments are due in full upon drop off.

🐾 For the safety of all our guests and our farm animals that free range please drive slowly up the driveway (max speed 10km)

BOOKING RECOMMENDATIONS
Due to the unprecedented demand for pet accommodations, we highly recommend booking your pet's stay as early as possible to secure their spot. Our availability is limited, and we want to ensure we can accommodate your furry friend.

Your booking is complete once we receive your filled out pet intake form (we will provide this to you upon booking) and deposit.
