LATE POLICY
Appointment times are booked back to back, we have a strict 10 minute late policy.
If you're late we will add additional charges:
• 1-10 mins. = 50 pesos
• 11-15 mins. = 100 pesos
• more than 15 mins = CANCELLED APPOINTMENT! We will no longer entertain you and downpayment will be forfeited.

LASH INFILL POLICY
•To maintain the look of your full set, fills are recommended within 2 weeks. If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set.
• For consultation, please DM current photos of your lashes with your eyes closed showing the eyelid angle of the lashes so we can advise of the time needed for the booking or if the lashes will need to be removed and a new full set.
Note:
If you have lashes on from another salon then for the best results it is always best to do a removal and a full set, as all salons use different products and techniques.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS
• Rescheduling should be done 48 hrs (2 days) before the actual appointment and you will be able to apply your downpayment to your newly scheduled appointment. Less than 48 hrs, same day rescheduling will result you losing the deposit. You can only reschedule once per appt.
• If you're unable to keep your appointment and badly need to cancel, your downpayment will be forfeited. (+200 same day cancellation fee)
•NO SHOW clients will be banned from future booking.

Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge 50 pesos Lash Bath Fee.

How long will my lash extensions last?
Lash extensions longevity varies from person to person, with correct aftercare your lashes can last up to 4-6 weeks. However, we recommend clients to have infills within every 2 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle in order to have them look on point.

How long does the procedure take?
- The application process for lash extensions can vary from about 60-90 minutes for a full set of eyelashes and 30-6o minutes for a refill.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lash?:
No! When applied properly, with perfect isolation and weight eyelash extensions will not harm your natural lashes.

Can I wear makeup with my lashes?
-YES! Although we don't recommend wearing any mascara that isn't extension safe or oil based products, as it will shorten the life of your lash extensions.

What to do if I have concerns after my lash appointment?
- If you have any issues or concerns after your session is complete, please inform me as soon as possible. We can address most issues at no charge within two (2) days of your appointment, provided that you have followed proper after-care instructions. Any service follow-ups after the 2 day window will incur a charge.
