Jimena is a Integrative Clinical Nutritionist, Sociologist, and Reiki Healing Master. She is graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Seattle, Washington and The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. Her practice focuses on women’s health with a particular interest in reproductive health, fertility and postpartum.

She is the creative soul behind Ancestra, a community and education platform inspiring the power of ancestral knowledge for modern women to nourish the mind, body and spirit in their everyday life.
