Hey! Iโm Amanda Nicole! I went from a size 28-4 naturally in 26 months and have kept it off for almost 4 years. I had my extra skin on my stomach removed in July of 2021 and Iโm so happy with my results.
When it comes to how I ate instead of calories counting or cutting food groups, I started by ADDING nutritional Whole Foods into my diet. Doing that had many benifits including healthy blood sugars levels which helps with those pesky cravings, a boosted metabolism, balanced energy and so much more. For activity I walked. The gym stressed me out and stress sucks for Fatloss! I started off with 10 mins at a a time. Then I started increasing that as I could. First it was 30 mins and then I started shooting for miles. I got up to 5 miles a day which took me about 1 1/2 hrs ๐ถโโ๏ธ ๐งโ๏ธ๐ค
I also took supplements to help speed up my journey and help to fix some the concerns I had. To be clear just like diet, exercise and anything else you use to reach your goal weight, supplements are a TOOL.
