A hardcore music junkie, the daughter of a record store owner grew up singing Latin hymns in a choir. In her youth, she immersed herself in a variety of musical instruments and studied classics, the likes of - Jules Verne, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and Edgar Allan Poe.

Today, her journey has led to a diverse career with roots in post-production. Kaz has taken her strengths from the editing suite into the field as a versatile writer / director, with award-winning multidisciplinary projects and multicam concerts featuring international artists like Norah Jones, Kasabian, Mikky Ekko, James Morrison, Placebo, etc. Her commercial clients include: Hennessy, Cadillac, and CocaCola.

She is currently part of VISA's NFT Creator Program which was announced in Spring 2023.

Away from commercials, Kaz is an avid filmmaker. Her projects have competed at the Warsaw & Toronto International Film Festivals. She was also part of TIFF's Talent Lab Program. Three of her films screened at the SapporoShortFest where she was nominated for a Filmmaker's Award. Collectively, her shorts and screenplays participated in over 30 festivals. She holds the dream of bridging East and West with her unique visions fusing fact, fiction, and fantasy.

During the Covid lockdowns, Kaz turned to 3D as a means to bring her stories to life. Her first solo animated film - Shiro - competed at Tokyo Short Shorts in 2021. In November, a pre-viz render of Shiro II won her the grand prize for the AMD Creators Power and Speed Animation Contest.

She is currently learning Unreal Engine 5 and virtual production processes as the industry moves towards a new digital era for filmmaking.

The first multicam concert I directed was for British band Travis in 2001. For more than a decade after, I worked on many concerts with MTV. These are my favourites ;)
