As the Network ED Internship Coordinator, I’ve created a full suite of onboarding materials designed to set new emergency nurses up for success from day one. Every piece is crafted to be visually clear, easy to follow, and aligned with our learning objectives and network values.

I combine nurse education best practices with clean, accessible design — ensuring new nurses feel confident, connected, and supported as they launch into the ED environment.

As a key member of the planning team, I led the marketing and attendee experience strategy for our very first Network Nursing Conference — a high-impact event designed to celebrate, educate, and unite nurses across all specialties in our network.

My role included:

· Designing the full visual suite and digital conference program

· Collaborating with leadership to align values with event themes and activites

· Ensuring all materials were accessible, engaging, and consistent across platforms for end user access before and during event

· Planning conference details and coordinating strategies for impact

Every element was created to reflect the excellence of our nursing community and to elevate the experience of our nurses.

I create custom education materials that blend evidence-based content with creative, learner-friendly design. Whether it's a printed handout, interactive workshop, or live polling session, my goal is always the same: make learning stick — and make it worth showing up for.
