Interior designers make interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials. They read blueprints and must be aware of building codes and inspection regulations, as well as universal accessibility standards.

Why is it important to create a floor plan?
A floor plan often indicates built-in features such as wardrobes, kitchen units, and bathroom fittings. Floor plans allow buyers and renters to understand the essence of the property, the spaces, how the spaces interact, outlooks, and flow. The most important aspect of a floor plan is its accurate scale.

Why are 3D floor plans better than standard floor plans?
3D floor plans: 3D floor plans represent the Architectural layout more realistically than 2D plans. These plans give out more intricate details of a building interior with walls, doors, windows, furniture entities, flooring etc.

Elevation Design
What is a design elevation?
An “elevation” is a drawing that shows the front or side of something. A floor plan, by contrast, shows a space from above – as if you are looking down on the room from the ceiling. Thus, you see the tops of everything, but you cannot view the front, side or back of an object.
Interior design
Interior design is the art and science of enhancing the interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space. An interior designer is someone who plans, researches, coordinates, and manages such enhancement projects.
3D Render
What does 3D rendering mean?
3D rendering is the process of turning information from a 3D model into a 2D image. 3D rendering can be used to create a variety of images, from the intentionally non-realistic to what's called photorealistic.
2D Render
2D Rendering - It includes real life images from vendors to display the furniture and accessories but the background often gets chopped off and put on the board.
3D Floor plans
A 3D floor plan, or 3D floorplan, is a virtual model of a building floor plan, depicted from a birds eye view, utilized within the building industry to better convey architectural plans.
2D Floor Plans
A 2D floor plan is a type of diagram that shows the layout of a property or space from above. It will often show the walls and room layout, plus fixed installations like windows, doors, and stairs as well as furniture. 2D means the floor plan is a “flat” drawing, without perspective or depth.
Sketching
What is a sketch in construction?
Concept drawings or sketches are drawings, often freehand, that are used by designers such as architects, engineers and interior designers as a quick and simple way of exploring initial ideas for designs. ..
