Hey, I’m Claire

I am a 28- year old wife, mama & LPC, RPT, and I have found a love and passion for health and fitness to help aid in preventing burnout and giving you the confidence you always dreamed of! Since I was 13 years old I struggled with negative body image and disordered eating. I was a prisoner to calorie counting and only saw exercise as a means to punish my body. I jumped on every single fad diet and always left feeling more frustrated and shameful that I never saw the results I was looking for.

FINALLY, I was introduced to my current fitness & nutrition programs. They are simple, easy to follow and sustainable programs fit for any life stage, the key thing that makes these programs different is the COMMUNITY. I quickly learned that it was SO much more than a diet & exercise issue… I needed a complete heart and mindset transformation. This is where the community aspect came into play. The accountability, encouragement and sense of belonging around this health & fitness journey is what is the total game changer.

I now get the privilege to love & lead women just like you on their path towards healing all while getting them real and sustainable results!

I seriously have the biggest sweet tooth in the world. I got a “Most Likely to go into a Sugar Coma” award in my sorority. Navigating this sweet tooth was tough and I tried to fight it off and started falling back into my deprivation mindset. I now have learned that there are plenty of healthy & delicious alternatives that I can allow my sweet tooth to partake in and I am here to share with you how to do the same!

I want you to hear that there is hope!! There is a way to both love & nourish your body and live the life you want to live!
