Cancellation policy.

I know Business talk is so unsexy..

Please know that your appointment time is very important to me.
So important that My time has been set aside and reserved specifically for you with only you and your hair goals in mind.
And so
While I can understand that sometimes life just happens & schedule adjustments are necessary.

I hope you can understand that I am running a business here .

A business created via my Time ,
My heart and passion,
Through many years of extensive training and experience required
In order to have a space to provide you the opportunity to have your hair goals and dreams come true..
Unfortunately
It takes revenue to run a business.
and at the end of the day
Your appointment time
& my time = revenue.
And so~

​• I respectfully request 48 hours notice if you need to Cancel, Reschedule or Adjust services for your reservation

• 48 hours before your scheduled reservation, a courtesy reminder via text/email (whichever you signed up for) will be sent to you.
Please take into account how you are feeling at this time as to whether or not you are showing any symptoms of illness that may result in a need for cancellation.

• Upon Booking A credit card will be taken at time of booking as is required to hold reservation time. In addition a 25% Non refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking for all services lasting longer than an hour to be applied towards service rendered.

• Appointments are allowed 1 opportunity to reschedule 1'st appointment time reserved prior to 48 hours in advance before losing non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations or Rescheduling an appointment less than 48 hours and up to 12 hours before service in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% to 75% of the missed reserved service amount . .

• Cancellation or reschedule that happens within
12 hours or less of reserved service time is considered a "no-show" and
Failure to show up for your reservation will result in 100% of the reserved service amount applied to the card on file & before scheduling the next appointment..

*All appointment cancellations or reschedule that happened 12 hours or less of appointment time reserved will lose the 25% deposit as well as incure a 75% charge to be placed to card on file resulting in no more than 100% of reserved service amount.

• PLEASE NOTE: prior to 48 hours in advance of service all Cancellations or Rescheduling can be made through the Vagaro booking system.

• in the event of an emergency All cancellations and or Rescheduling after 48hrs will require my personal authorization.

*If you have booked a cut and color together and on the day of the appointment you changed your mind and cancel the color , you will be charged the late notice/No Show cancellation fee for the color service time that was reserved & the time lost in revenue for the salon.

• *LATE ARRIVALS* : please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked.
A cancellation due to late arrival equals to the same as canceling in under 48 hours and will result in an additional fee of 75% of reserved service to be applied to card and paid before next service is scheduled.

•All Clients who "NO SHOW" one time will be required to pay 100% of services reserved.
Any client who No Shows Twice will be expected to pay 100% of service reserved paid in full at time of booking with 20% of that being non-refundable to hold appointment time prior to All Future Service requests moving forward.

** By requesting an appointment at Coil &Twine salon you Understand that You are agreeing to abide by this cancellation policy.

Any Cancellation fee or reservation fee will be charged to the card on file and or is to be paid up front before the next appointment is to be scheduled.
