Saturdays: 10am - 5pm

My name is Lisa and I have worked in the foodservice industry for the past 35 years. Working as a marketing manager for one of the largest foodservice distributors in the world, I had the privilege of working beside some of the most amazing chefs and product specialists. Between food shows, private customer events and sales meetings, I always pitched in where I could and the knowledge they taught me from preparing food to some of the most beautiful displays will always stay with me. Memories and friendships that I will treasure forever!

I have always had a passion for food since I was a little girl. I learned to cook when I was 5 years old spending time after school and weekends with my Nana. She was always creating a new dish or dessert for our family to try. Coming from a large Portuguese family, we spent a lot of time together and we all loved to eat! And still do!! My Nana passed away at 105 years old a few years ago. She is still my inspiration, and I am proud to serve some of her recipes to my customers.

Opening a sandwich shop is something I have wanted to do for many years, but the timing was never right. After losing my job in the summer of 2021, I decided to follow my dream and open my own shop. I love to cook, and I really love feeding people. One thing I can say, you will not feel hungry after eating one of my sandwiches or salads!

The best part about finally achieving my dream is that I get to share this with my husband Scott, my Business Partner and Soulmate! I couldn’t do this without him. We met in high school and have been inseparable ever since. His love and support have gotten us to this point, and I look forward to our new future of serving our community with great food!!
