Important things before rent a scooter

To Prospective Scooter Renters:

Before renting a scooter, there are important points you should be aware of:

1. One Day Notice Before Rental: To ensure the availability of the scooter, we highly recommend informing us at least one day before your rental plan.
2. Insurance and Responsibility: Please note that the scooters we provide do not come with insurance coverage. In case of minor or major damages or loss, the full responsibility lies with the renter.
3. Road Conditions in Munduk Area: The area of Munduk Village has hilly and steep roads. This demands experience in riding a scooter, especially on steep downhill roads.
4. Risk for Beginners: If you lack experience in riding scooters on steep downhill roads, we strongly advise against renting. This is because even though the scooters we provide are in good condition, inexperienced riders on steep downhill roads might face issues with the braking system, such as overheating or decreased efficiency.

Your safety is our priority. If you are uncertain or lack sufficient experience in riding scooters in such extreme road conditions, it is highly recommended not to proceed with the rental.

In addition to the previous information, we strongly advise considering the use of Google Maps cautiously when navigating in Munduk Village:

1. Google Maps Route Recommendations: Google Maps often suggests shorter routes for scooter riders. However, these routes may include narrow, steep, and less maintained paths that could pose safety risks, especially for inexperienced scooter riders.
2. Preferable Routes for Safety: For your safety, we highly recommend choosing the “car route” option on Google Maps instead of the default “scooter route.” While the car route might take longer to reach your destination, it generally ensures safer and more manageable roads suitable for scooters.
3. Safety Over Convenience: Even though the scooter routes might seem more convenient in terms of distance, they could lead through paths that are challenging and potentially dangerous, especially for riders unfamiliar with steep or poorly maintained roads.

Prioritizing your safety is our utmost concern. Hence, we suggest opting for the longer car routes on Google Maps, which provide safer and more comfortable roads suitable for scooter riders.

Thank you guys
enjoy your trip and have a great day 😊❤
