I read your energy using all of the psychic abilities (knowing, seeing, feeling, taste, smell, sounds) and assess its qualities such as associated events, emotions, or injuries; texture; purpose; source; age; and so on. I then use my mind and hands to interact with and change/move the energy. I add vital life force energy where needed.

For example, let’s look at an organ with a sticky, stringy ball of energy that needs to be cleaned off, unwound, and/or removed. And say within it there are certain emotional events that need to be released, discussed, or addressed. I will clean and unwind the stringy ball of energy with my mind and/or hands, whatever comes up for you as the best way to affect change.

In this example let’s say I need to use a cloth with a certain color or property to clean the string, and I just need to use my hands to pull the string slowly or quickly apart to each emotion or event. It could be one theme or one emotion, many events with one theme - so many possible configurations. We will identify the themes, events, emotions, whatever comes up. We will unwind it all or only as much as you are ready for at the time.

Sometimes talking is needed; sometimes it doesn’t need to be dealt with at a conscious level. Sometimes you may need a tool, an exercise, or assistance of another kind to support the energy work. I will share anything that comes up that will help you maintain the energetic work!

I work with people who believe they have curses, spirit attachments, ancestral and other lifetime issues, contracts and vows, and other energetics that affect your life force energy and can have varying degrees of impact on your quality of life.

While I am in the profession people refer to as energy healer, energy worker, or energy medicine practitioner, YOU are actually the healer!

You are the one integrating the energies. I use my skills and abilities to support you as the guide, facilitator, the conduit channeling the healing energy. You get to decide if and how much you are ready to integrate new frequencies into your life!

Hydration! Water is a conductor, so drink up and keep the energy flowing after sessions. It’s essential to stay well-hydrated. Movement or rest: trust your body and your intuition. Listen to what your body and soul needs, and feed it only what nourishes you - and notice how your beliefs influence you. What nourishes you may not be logical or what you think is “right”! You may need some quiet time or alone time after a session, so prepare for that just in case. Some people have a burst of energy and sense of freedom while others may feel tired or emotional. Be patient, kind, and gentle with yourself no matter the state of being you experience after a session and trust whatever happens is just right for you. How you feel after can change from session to session, so keep that in mind, too.

Since I was a kid I was curious about the energy that I saw, felt, heard, smelled, tasted, and knew. I intuitively placed my hands near hurt animals and lifeless plants to send healing energy and mentally intended improved health. I objectively and clairvoyantly saw all forms of energy, including spirits. I had prophetic dreams and visions, and talked to the souls of the living and those who transitioned. Channeled messages poured through me, and I just seemed to accurately know things about people and the world.

It both excited me and scared me. There was curiosity, joy, guilt, shame, and fear. When I shared these natural abilities they were dismissed and discouraged, and many times I didn’t trust anyone to even share. Add in other childhood trauma, and all of this combined, I decided it meant I could not be liked or loved as my authentic self. I mostly disconnected from my natural gifts and talents. I became everybody but me. Because I decided it wasn’t acceptable or safe to be me. It was the perfect path to get me to embark on a journey of self-discovery and learning all about energy…

That meant lots of people-pleasing, self-betrayal, and chronic health issues. After years of that and also feeling like I was “taking on other people’s stuff”, I dug deep and started doing the “inner work”. I started rediscovering and developing my psychic and mediumship abilities. Many deaths and rebirths later, inspired and informed by lots of formal and informal training, my own practices and systems emerged. It’s my passion. And I’m delighted to share this iteration of my heart’s passion with you!
