From school I went straight into Pharmacy as a Dispenser and have always loved the medical side of things, but the Pharmaceutical world was just not for me! Then one day, I had the opportunity to work as an Executive Assistant and it was one of my favourite jobs I have had. I realised I love to get everything super organised and efficiently running but also want to help people, so why not combine both traits?! 🧡

I thoroughly enjoy helping businesses let go of those time-consuming tasks so they can get back the most important thing - time, and that time will give you the freedom to focus on the well-being of your beloved clients!

The 3 Month Plan 📆
So you might be wondering, why 3 months minimum Frankie? Well in short, I want to do such a good job for you! Also, Rome wasn't built in a day, we can't expect to have a smooth running business if we don't give it the time it deserves to reach that point. But let me go into a little more detail into what I'll be doing in those 3 months...

Month 1
This is where I take a deep dive into your business. Looking at your pre-created processes and tweaking, organising and cleaning up and brainstorm processes to ease workflow. You may still be a bit more hands on with your emails at this point while I’m in organisation mode and learning your groove. 👩🏽‍💻

Month 2
Implementation time! Now I am utilising your new processes & systems and should only be contacting you about questions from your clients that I may not know the answer to. Otherwise, focus on your coaching, clients and your life! ✅

Month 3
At this point, we will know eachother and will have found our groove. I’ll be working behind the scenes and we’ll keep in touch with monthly meetings to review any adjustments in your business that I need to update for you! 🌿
