PROCESSING POLICY
•Please allow 1-4 day processing time.
-The first 2 days will consist of me processing
your order. Once your order is processed, you
will receive a confirmation email and from
there, payments will be accepted. Your order
will not be officially processed until payments
are sent and accepted, therefore your order
will not be fulfilled.
SHIPPING POLICY
•All orders are shipped using USPS.
•Glamour Gloss is not responsible for any lost packages.
•Once an order is placed, no cancellations are accepted.
•PLEASE, double check your shipping address when listing it. If you notice you’ve listed your shipping address wrong, contact me IMMEDIATELY. I will try to resolve the issue in enough time to get it shipped out to you as soon as possible.
•After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your package can be tracked on the USPS website.
•In the unusual event that a package arrives to you damaged, please email proof to me. Once proof is provided, you may select another product that is the same price or less.
•You are responsible for all extra fees (ex. sending the package back).
•In the same event, please send back your package within five business days.
