We do offer the occasional collection & delivery service, please contact us to discuss further.

- How long until my item is ready?
Your item will normally be ready the next night after drop off, however please be aware that drying times may vary based on the fabric, types of treatment based on how soiled the material is & other external factors. If your item is heavily soiled, the process could take a little longer.

- Stain Treatment
Stain treatment will vary depending on the type & severity of the stain. We aim to remove any stains however can’t promise that ALL can be removed. Along with any discolouration to any fabric.

- Rust treatment
Complete removal of rust isn’t guaranteed. Rust treatment will vary depending on the length of time it has been present.

- What products do you use to clean my item?
The products will vary depending on what we are cleaning & the severity of stains or dirt build up. However, we always ensure to use non-toxic cleaning products making it safe for your child.
