1. Be pregnant or breastfeeding
2. Be diabetic, even if controlled (need a doctor’s note)
3. On antibiotics for 2 weeks prior appointment
4. Have taken the COVID-19 vaccine two within 2 weeks of appointment or have a scheduled appointment 2 weeks after appointment
5. Have any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises immune system
6. Transmittable blood conditions such as Hepatitis or HIV
7. Have glaucoma or taking blood thinning medications/vitamins
8. Have mitral valve disorder or high blood pressure (Must provide a doctor’s note with clearance)
9. Have epilepsy, experienced faint spells, or seizures
10. Have cancer or undergoing chemotherapy
11. Have hemophilia or other bleeding disorders
12. Have skin diseases or skin lesions near the treated area
13. Received botox in the upper brow area in the past 3 months
14. Used acutane in the last year

If any of these apply to you, you will be disqualified as a client. If you do not inform me and proceed with the appointment, I will refuse to service you on the day you come in and you will forfeit your booking fee.
